Position Overview:
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be the first point of contact for customers, providing prompt, professional, and courteous assistance. You will manage customer inquiries, schedule appointments, process service requests, and ensure customer satisfaction using FieldRoutes, our cutting-edge software for managing service workflows. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Interaction: Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers, addressing service-related questions, billing issues, and general concerns.
• Appointment Scheduling: Use FieldRoutes to schedule and confirm appointments for pest control services, ensuring proper documentation and accurate service dates/times.
• Service Coordination: Coordinate with field technicians to ensure timely service delivery, dispatch updates, and resolve any schedule-related conflicts.
• Record Management: Update and maintain customer records in FieldRoutes, ensuring accurate data entry of customer information, service history, and communications.
• Problem Resolution: Proactively handle service issues, complaints, and emergencies, working to resolve matters efficiently while maintaining a positive customer relationship.
• Sales Support: Provide information on services, promotions, and additional treatments to customers, encouraging repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Billing and Payment Processing: Process payments, handle billing inquiries, and assist with payment plan arrangements through FieldRoutes.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including field technicians and management, to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Follow-up: Follow up with customers after services to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and address any additional needs or concerns.
Required Qualifications:
• Experience: Previous customer service experience, preferably in the pest control, home services, or related industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in FieldRoutes or similar customer management software (CRM), as well as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to professionally handle customer inquiries and provide clear, concise information.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns and provide efficient solutions.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with team members and provide support across different departments as needed.
• Positive Attitude: Friendly, approachable demeanor and a genuine desire to assist customers.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with FieldRoutes or similar scheduling and CRM software is a plus.
• Knowledge of pest control industry practices and terminology is a bonus.

Job Description:
Brothers Pest Management, a locally owned and family-operated pest control company, is looking for dedicated and reliable Seasonal Pest Control Technicians to join our team during the busy pest control season. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, solving problems, and providing excellent customer service.
As a Seasonal Pest Control Technician, you’ll assist in protecting homes and businesses from pests using state-of-the-art equipment, innovative techniques, and environmentally conscious products. This role offers the chance to work with a close-knit team while gaining valuable skills and experience in pest management.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest activity.
- Apply pesticides and other pest control methods in compliance with safety guidelines.
-- Provide pest prevention and exclusion services, including rodent and insect control.
- Educate customers on pest prevention tips and treatments.
- Document all services performed and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulatory standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and providing solutions.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in pest control is helpful but not required; we offer on-the-job training.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.

- Ability to lift and carry equipment as needed.

Job Details:
