Brothers Pest Management was founded by Troy Schmidt in Jordan, Minnesota, in June 2021. With over 15 years of experience in the pest control industry, Troy started the company to offer a new kind of pest control service. By focusing on customer needs and eliminating rigid contracts, Brothers Pest Management gives clients the freedom to tailor their pest control, lawn care and tree removal/trimming services while ensuring effective results.
What We Do At Brothers Pest Management
We offer subscription-based pest control and lawn care plans designed to address seasonal issues with flexibility and precision.
Spring to fall, we provide services like pest control and lawn care services.
During the colder months, we offer winter-only services to address pests like rodents, boxelder bugs, and Asian beetles that enter homes seeking shelter and looking forward to adding snow plowing services.
Our customers can mix and match services to meet their needs, ensuring pricing aligns with their specific concerns. Our team provides expert guidance to help you achieve the best results while putting you in control of your homes management plan.

The customer is always put first, they are like our extended family and they deserve the best. Nobody wants to pests, that's for sure. But when they do, I want them to feel comfortable with hiring us. I want to provide a service to our customers that they want and need. I don't want to push customers to sign up for something they don't want or need. Every home is different and everyone has a different want. It's my job to find out what that is and provide that service."

To me, being able to help solve pest control issues for our customers is super rewarding. For instance, when I seal off a home so bats can no longer gain access to the home and the customer tells me they sleep better at night because of what I helped them with is what drives me. No one expects to have pest issues but when they do I'm proud to be able to help them out. I also love working alongside my Brother in Law, he cares about our customers like they're apart of our family.

I love trying to solve problems. When someone is having an issue with Bats or Mice getting into their home, I like finding the problem areas and providing a solution. It's like being a detective which is awesome. Bats and Mice can also cause health problems, so solving that problem for homeowners makes me feel good.
