Who is Brothers Pest Management?

Troy and Lana Schmidt opened Brothers Pest Management in Jordan Minnesota on June 1st, 2021. With over 15 years of experience in the pest control industry, Troy started Brothers Pest Management with the goal to bring a different type of pest control service to the area.

We provide seasonal services through subscription based plans. Now you can mix and match your services throughout different seasons and pricing can be focused on those issues instead of generally. By offering Monthly and Alternate Monthly services from March to November where we focus on pests that flourish in the spring summer and fall, to offering winter only services for pests like rodents, boxelder bugs, asian beetles that infiltrate your home in the fall and winter, it puts our customers in the driver's seat. We want our customers to choose what they want while we help guide them for the best results.

"To me, a successful pest control business is a company who does things a little different than everyone else. The customer is always put first, they are like our extended family and they deserve the best. Nobody wants to pests, that's for sure. But when they do, I want them to feel comfortable with hiring us. I want to provide a service to our customers that they want and need. I don't want to push customers to sign up for something they don't want or need. Every home is different and everyone has a different want. It's my job to find out what that is and provide that service."

To me, being able to help solve pest control issues for our customers is super rewarding. For instance, when I seal off a home so bats can no longer gain access to the home and the customer tells me they sleep better at night because of what I helped them with is what drives me. No one expects to have pest issues but when they do I'm proud to be able to help them out. I also love working alongside my Brother in Law, he cares about our customers like they're apart of our family.

I love trying to solve problems. When someone is having an issue with Bats or Mice getting into their home, I like finding the problem areas and providing a solution. It's like being a detective which is awesome. Bats and Mice can also cause health problems, so solving that problem for homeowners makes me feel good.
